Only if the server is VAC disabled you cannot get banned, if the server has VAC enabled you can always get banned, if you get reported in DM/Casual/Communtiy servers it will count to your current amount of reports and your latest(?) game will get OW'd

True but I don't think anyone knows if it's your latest one.. If I don't recall no one has figured out if it shows older games as well.
