Cheat engine can manipulate addresses in memory of a certain process.
eg. in the iw4mp.exe u can add any perk/weaponupgrade u like
and its freeware and easy 2 use google it

So when entering these codes in can you enter them persay 50000 then get all the titles in one shot or will oyu have to go up like if you need to deflect 1000 bullets with ur shield can you put it at 999999/1000 and get the next rank of it done as well?

VAC does jack shit (sorry for the language) But ive tryed pretty much most of the new hack for MW2 and the legit ones that work, i havnt been banned yet. IMO they fucked this game over with its anti cheat security. It suks for legit players but is GREAT for us hackers
