This will run pretty much every Game you run like Far Cry 4, Shadow of Mordor, Crysis on Nearly ULTRA settings at 1080p at atleast 50+ FPS usually more.

How will this run ? its prebuild and a bit more expensive but i live in the netherlands and cant really get cheap parts from usa its really expensive to ship.

Case : CoolerMaster CM690 III Window
    Power : 650W
    AMD Processor : AMD FX 8350 8x 4.0GHZ
    RAM : 16GB DDR 1600
    Harddisk : 500GB HDD
    Gigabyte Motherboard : 78LMT - USB3
    Graphic Card : NVIDIA GTX970 4GB DDR5

    $1100

Will the game graphics and fps be diffrent ? or better ?

If anything the FPS will take a hit if you're playing games that are more CPU heavy. I'd stick with a Core i5-4690k purely because it's good for what you are doing and it'll make sure that your CPU will never be a bottleneck.

Well I always say you should build your computer AROUND your monitor because it doesn't really matter what kind of PC you have if say you have a 144hz 1440P ASUS ROG monitor and you barely get 30 FPS or if you had a 23 Inch 60hz monitor and your FPS is always 100+. You won't get the best gaming experience by skimping or spending too much on your monitor.
