I'm pretty sure that it's all real, just think of it like this, if paypal and BTC were fake, banks were fake, the goverments wouldn't have any cash, and the people would be living with a big lie in their faces.
Now we all know that it's fake (I hope), I'm pretty sure that somewhere in the world some bank is adding numbers but no actual cash but I can't really think of a reality of that being real.
