How can I lower my changes of getting VAC banned?

I've hacked before but it was couple days only, I played legitly, didn't use trigger, only walled but didn't directly look at walls etc. I did not get banned, I am about to start hacking again, so the question is, what can I do to lower my changes of getting VAC banned? (hash changers etc) I am a noob so if you can give me any tips/tricks on how to not get banned please tell me.

VMProtect, and encrypt it to your computer, if using windows

Either use a private hack, which is by far the way to go, or if using public, use polyhack and recompile very frequently, I have a friend who disconnects within games to recompile.

PolyHacks are good but are a false sense of security,
If you go public you will eventually get caught.
