when i start my mw2 (as what you told), i alt tab and open your mw2 hack, go to stats,exp,rank alt tab again set what you want, go in and look = nothing happen

this is when i downlaod the rank hacks, and when i do i put it in the players folder and i dont know where, but i change everything such as exp and lvl and everything, but nothing happens, it stays the same.
