Yea i got that messege and then i waited 2 weeks till unban, first ban is 2 weeks then 2 months then perm

Cheater pool = A few servers where cheaters can play with eachother instead of bothering legit playing people.

They rather toss you in a "Cheater Pool" you due to excessive reports then ban you from their servers.

in a cheater pool, you can only play by yourself or with other people that has been put in the cheaters pool, the thing is you cant join those people unless you know them, you cant invite any of your friends or anyone else to the session or do missions, you have a dunce cap over your head permanently and rockstar cleans your bank account and your pocket (you have $0, and as i said before you cant do missions with other people so, you are broke)

your weapons, appartments and cars stay untouched but all your money its gone and you are alone with a dunce cap over your head, that you cant take off
while you are in a cheater pool, you also become a Bad Sport player, so you will appear to others as a bad sport instead of the normal Clean Player
its like a private solo session but you have even more restricted access to the features of the game
