No... It shouldn't. Your smurf account has a different sort of key than your other one. Each purchase from steam you get a different key sort of thing.

Smurf banned if I hacked on main?
Greetings! I've hacked on my main and am anticipating either a VAC or overwatch ban. 2 days after I cheated, I created another steam account and purchased another copy of CS:GO, using the same email address that I used for my main account. Since I know my main will get banned soon, will my smurf also get banned since I own both accounts? Thanks for your time.

No, I have 3 accs with CS on it registered on the same email. 2 of them are VAC banned
So Im playing on my 3rd acc without any problems.
