I need to be Private rank 3 but I just earn like 4xp per casual game and I don't know why

You need to get kills, it's based off your score. I believe in casual its your score x 4 = XP received in casual.

You need to wait until the xp boost as the xp gets smaller the more you play. There was an xp boost today!

Once your weekly exp bonus runs out you only receive the base exp. You will need to just straight up hunt frags to gain decent exp from casuals.
