Net Library Exploit

Lately I have discovered that you can make money exploits using the net library in addons.
The problem is im so dumb that i have no idea how....
Can I get some help?
Basiclly I add a code between the lines of something like net.start and net.end but it wont work.... Please help :/
Example:

for k,v in pairs(player.GetAll()) do -- grabs everyone's name n stuff on the server
net.Start("TOW_SubmitWarning") -- the net message's name
net.WriteString(LocalPlayer():SteamID()) -- getting your steamid

Net exploits are addon specific. If the server doesn't have the TowTruck addon, this will not work.
