Hands down PC, although I've had PS4, XB1, X360 before and they're not that bad, they're easily carryable if you wanna go over to your friends and play. PC has better graphics, better OS, Steam and more features(obviously), the only downside is the cost of upgrading your pc parts, but it's not that bad in the long run.

i have both pc and consoles, the pc is to run at best quality graphics and consoles for the platform exclusives, if i had to pick between id prob go console so i still had access to multi platformers and exclusives.
