If you post your email or to email you, your post will be deleted and you may or may not get warned/infracted/banned.

All codes here will be released publicly, and people may not collaborate in private/not post them here.

Is it allowed to offer codes for free but only in the form of private message? I read that a few people are afraid that the developers of the game might see those codes and patch them.

no they have to be public.
Allowing members to "PM" other members would mean that they could PM them an outside link/download

Thanks for the clarifications. It makes sense, more over it would defeat the purpose of the forum itself which it seems to be founded on the concept of sharing information and experiences.
