banned for the wrong ip

dear admin, today I was trying to sell my cfna acc while using an omm, when fanticsteal resolved my ip it led to this i.im gur.com/VsP7aEB.png
that is not even my ip because I live in toronto, canada and that ip leads to somewhere near georgia, atlanta
before I even got to say anything he deleted me off skype and already banned me
I have attached screenshots of the convo, idk how this can even happen, you can ask hugo boss (I know him in real life) or cataclypse, they both know that I'm from Canada and not the USA

i just resolved hom1e's ip from skype and got 99.247.42.244; not the ip fanticsteal got
