CombatArms Mod Rules?

Hey, i just saw inhuman saying that this is a pornographic free site. But i saw a nude viper here =.=, i don't mind it but its someother people who can't mind it, so i thought if we could enforce some rules, then people can freely browse through the forum instead of choosing here and there. This is only my opinion so please don't flame me D:
Rules
- No Pornographic related Stuffs
- Always Post a virus scan from virustotal.com/novirusthanks.org
- Upload through MPGH's Attachment System ONLY! With rar/zip files[No Outside links]
- Post screenshots/videos of the mod.
- Do not flame/spam.
- This section is strictly for Modding

um the outside links only for hacks these are rez files and alot of them get the right to get outside links from mods

It is against the sites rules, if your file is larger that the attachment limit you must pm Xpli and ask for permission to provide an outside link.

He also said it was impossible to store viruses in non-executables, which I must say is incorrect. It is possible to store viruses in all sorts of things: Pictures, images etc. Any data or content that undergoes a decompression algorithm. It is possible to stick code into the data (aka. Texture file for instance) that could be executed by the DirectX decompression algorithm and install a back door on a system. But goodluck finding and anitvirus software that would detect such an advanced technique. So I'll just go ahead and say virus scans aren't needed because a coder with that much prowess to put a virus in a .DTX would not be detected anyway no matter how many damned virus scans you do. =/
