You admitted to giving him the wrong email, so how is that him scamming? If anything, you scammed him. If you go first, giving (purposefully) incorrect information, you are in fact a scammer. Not entirely sure what your logic is behind that. That accompanied with the fact of the 25 second video, only 10 seconds of it are really skype, and you'd have to hammer the pause button to read it all.

I gave him the actual email, Lied to him that i gave him the fake email just so he wouldnt do anything further since ca site is down he couldnt tell if it was the actual email or false email at the time. that was the logic behind that.

So, you gave him the account information, as he requested you to go first. (You both knowing that neither could access the CA website) [Although to be fair, you could have changed it using Nexon's main page and or it's many other games.] Then you told him that it was a fake email (even though it wasn't) so that he wouldn't use the account. When he really couldn't be expected to pay (in my opinion) until he had proof it contained what you had told him. (Given you agreed to go first)

Obviously he tryed to scam me he said he was trying to play it off saying "I was trying to troll you" after i told him i would upload it to MPGH then he said he would go first and pay me $60 and then he would recieve the acc info. He flaked and never even sent me the money or replied to the conversation.

Nothing you showed here really showed a scam attempt. For future reference, please post all scam reports in the Scammer Grave as someone already mentioned to you before in another thread.

If you were actually scammed, then post full proof in the above link. Use a OMM next time.

what do you want me to show you? I cant log in to the account email anymore he changed ca acc info, i didn't receive anything in my paypal statement if thats not enough im not gunna go digging further, ill take the loss and leave him on the forums to keep doing what he does.

oh, ok. It was not clear that you actually gave him the account in what you posted. You could have changed the account info yourself. Submit a report in the scammer's grave, mention him and he will have 24 hours to respond.

OP has never accepted any of my skype requests to buy accounts, I mean thats a bit suspicious since I trade a lot here and maybe he might be preying on less trusted users and scamming them?
