Darn, I got banned using this. But lucky for my spare MW2 key. PS. ( A WARNING BE CAREFUL. )

........ No you cannot pin point the reason of your ban to one program im sure you have used other stuff if your on a public forum. There are multiple reasons you could have been banned unless vac said you have been banned for using fov changer by SilentRunner them no you cant say you've been banned because of this app and no im not saying you cant get banned for using this but what I am saying is saying this is what caused it is kinda silly.

Well, I've finally have been VAC'd.

This is literally the only hack I used too, with the texture hack but that's undetectable, so this is detected.

I seriously suggest that a mod remove the link and close the thread.

yea its detected.. You guys should know that only texture and rank hacks WILL NOT get you banned. The rest will. So think before you use these things because if you get vacced you knwo what that means.... BUY A NEW GAME

I have been using this for a week now, and am still using it now and have not been vac'd. I'm pretty sure it may be the texture hack that got you vac'd, If you follow this link ti fourzerotwo's Twitter he states that the Texture hack has been "fixed" which i'm guessing he means it is 'detected'.

though there is one think i found with this fov changer If you have host in a game it WILL alter other peoples aim/hitboxes/fov.

That has me as the host, Clearly his bullets are going rite through me.

Here is a video i took, while HE was the host using FoV changer 3rd person + 90 FoV while mine was 100% turned off.

Also we had complaints in the TDM games we were playing by people in the game that claimed they had their view swiched to 3rd person, I noticed i had host and was using this program, that is what lead us to test this in private match ourself.

I'm not saying this is undetectable, I'm just saying that you were in fact using another hack other than this one so it is -possible- that this is still undetectable.

It was me who requested this simple hack.
I don't like to cheat but I can't play with 60 fov, i get dizzy and makes me wanna puke. So instead I use 80 fov as in COD4 so nothing new...
I've been using this hack since 1.0.169 and didn't get banned.
Anyway this shouldn't be banned.

PD: IW just updated to 1.0.174. Could you update the hack pls?

Yes, this is all I have used and it's just been to get back to 80FOV for my moniter size! I wasn't VAC'd so I'm assuming it was the texture hack that other poster was VAC'd for. Thank you again silentrunner, you're very appreciated.

Don't think this got you banned. IW can't kick handicapped ppl (like me) who can't stand 60 fov. It would be unethical IMO.
