well, technically you become a newb at 25 posts.
you rank up again at 50.
again at 100
again at 250
etc...
but it really goes by how much a person sees you. if they know you are active, and helpful, and stuff...

well want a tutorial?
just extract the GUNS_M_PV_AR.rez with rezextracter
now go to the mp7 one and rename it to the exact name as the m16.
THen just inject the newly renamed file to GUNS_M_PV_AR.rez and replace your old one.
pretty simple
