I've been scammed and need to get refunded on paypal

Hey guys, I've been scammed by dutchmasters. He's the guy who was SE'ing hp laptops supposedly, well i just found out he's been banned and need to get my paypal refunded ASAP. What's the best way of going about doing this? Should i just tell paypal that i was scammed by him and show them screenshots of our contact and proof of him being banned on here?

Well it doesn't say Scammer on his threads and I haven't seen a scammer report against him. Maybe he got reported for flaming? idk

That's true, but regardless I need to win this paypal dispute because he said his paypal account had been locked. i'm already in the middle of the dispute, it's been 3 days. The reason he said he got banned.

What ever you do, Dont let him stall on you for more than 25 days because then you will will not be able to request a dispute Its actually 35 I believe but 25 just to be safe...

Hey, I had the same problem. I just filled a report on paypal saying it was a unauthorised transaction and changed my password after. Got a refund few hours later via paypal.

allways paypal is banned and closed fake or issue info account. this is not good for scamers . and good for safe mony
