Similar to Gambling scam already mentioned in the sticky but people also have to beware of Russians adding random in the Steam official OPSKINS community group, they add you with the intention for some gambling deal that they are a moderator or admin of a gambling site and want to make you win skins in exchange for 30% of your skins won. Avoid at all costs, once you deposit those skins they are gone.
Don't fall for it as I was attempted to be scammed by one. Currently the dick is is banned on steamrep.
His profile name is Harley TRADE DOPLER GAMA on steam.

Both of them claim to code private cheats for CS:GO when in reality they only scam people to steal their money, delaying the actual delivery and ultimately asking for more money to get the cheat done. I can provide evidence if requested.

this pathetic kid, sold me 10 csgo vac accounts with one being blocked right after i used it and was crying for me to trade 63 accounts for 7 csgo keys. I didnt want to, I stuck with 5 for 1 and he came up with 15 for 2 keys. After I traded he didnt responded back.

A new way to scam someone is up/ I first hand experienced this problem.
The guy tells you he stop playing dota/csgo then he said he'll send u his expensive skin
He said he just need your login id no need password.
If you give it to him, next thing you know you will be logged out and your account is gone.
I'm gonna find you
unfortunately now there are a lot of insidious ways
One of MPGHs ads is CSGOSmurfpros, which is a website where you can buy accounts with "instant delivery", I tried to purchase an account (MG1 smurf) but I've waiting for hours and have not received and email with the details, and their contact button wont work + they dont even have twitter or facebook, I believe this is a scam site that should be removed ASAP , If anyone else has had issues with this site let me know please - This is probably in the wrong section but I can't get help anywhere.

I bought a csgo account of him, then I purchased another one shortly afterwards and I made the payment. After I made the payment he tries to make me purchase a third account just so I can receive my second one I purchased (I have video evidence of the chat). He also contacted Steam Support to get the first account I purchased back leaving me with no accounts and taking $50 usd.

I wanted to buy a Steam Account from him (This).
He said the price is set @ 20€ and I went first sending him the Money through Paypal.
I did receive the Steam-Username & Password but he doesn't sent me the Steam Guard Code to login after waiting 4 hours.
Don't buy from him!!
I hope I'll get my Money back through the Buyer Protection.

Unfortunately, none of those you mentioned can help.
Create a scam report providing sufficient proof: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=165
Good luck
I do not use any type of messenger outside of MPGH.
