    There are several divorces you can do, the one I'm doing specifically involves a judge, lawyer, her, me etc. However, I'd be shocked if he didn't have an account for her already, I'd be willing to be he already does, and she just doesn't know. Idk, we'll see what happens, and what lawyers tell me to do.

    *Edit* Either way, go riddance, is good riddance.

    Even if her grandfathe ris rich, SHE has to have money of her own.
    The court will not try and make her grandfather pay for the settlement.
    Unless she has an actual income that she reports, she could just say that she has no money.

    P.S. If she has money, I'm sure her lawyers aren't bad. You won't get a large sum of money unless you have kids. Let go of the hope(s) of being rich, if you win.
