Why was I banned??

I logged in 4 days ago to a notice I was banned for external file distribution via steam.. I am not sure what I did but I don't think I have used any hacks in weeks so I am not sure what I was supposedly distributing? I don't even know how I could distribute files via steam.. Unless I uploaded to workshop..... Would like clarification on my reason of ban even if Temp kinda ticks me off.

Link or Screenshot of this? I know I did not do this.. I don't even have my steam account posted anywhere online the one linked is an inactive account I no longer use.... I think you banned the wrong person :/ What section or thread did I mention this on?
