These tips aren't even tips. They sound like they come from a squeaker. He gives tips on how "not to get DDoS'd" and provides nothing networking related and instead goes to tell you to make the DDoS'er rage.

If you want real anti-DDoS, download a VPN software illegally or legally I don't really care, but just be sure to use one that has high speed connections and doesn't go down. A good example is HotSpot Shield Elite or NordVPN. This way even if some kid knows his shit and can resolve you in other methods than a petty skype resolver, you're still protected and you will switch IP's the minute the first is hit off. Constant protection.
