How to fix Rust crash on startup or joining server!

If you're rust is crashing after you've have use a unban tool, or deleted your LumaEmu in your local appdata folder then you come to the right post!
after endless fucking research, I have found it!

Original! (russian):

Tutorial:
1.open up Regedit by opening up start and type regedit and hit enter
2. navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software > HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Valve
3. delete steam folder (you should mostly have HL, Source, and Source SDK folder)
4. run rust again

after i deleted the Steam folder under that directory, now rust wont even start, it says running self check, and then just goes away.

Edit: PC Restart fixed that

After it says Running Self Check my game instantly crashes and restarting my computer does not fix this.
