    Umm sorry, no it doesn't seem to be.

    It might actually be one, or he is a sloppy coder and it contains the same signatures that are detected for standard viruses.

    It is a cracking tool, and for all I know, cracking tools may use the same sort of system.

    Sorry for the confusion.
    I am not saying this is not a trojan. It might be.
    His site checks out to be legit, though I am not 100% sure.
