What?
I now decided to manage a new clan on AVA. The clan name is Paranormal.
I am hoping this clan would be well participated and strong. We all hackers
need to cooperate a clan.

As I said, we hackers need to cooperate, instead of being independent.
This clan does have a good name for it. The sooner you apply, the higher
chance you will be promoted as the clan staff. There are not much specific
requirements, all I require is listed below, and that you have fun and be an
interesting person to have in the group.

How?

Recruitment Requirements:
Skilled player. We're looking for members who are usually the top scorers
in pub matches they join.
Mature. We don't need players who complain at every kill and show
unsportsmanlike conduct in game. Trash talking is fine, but don't be
condescending. Applies to forums as well.
Active player. Not going to set schedules or minimum times, just be active.
With enough members, we plan to eventually start getting competitive, and
joining clan wars.

Recruitment process:
Request. First you gotta let us know you wanna try out. Do that by either
contacting either ANT or myself in game, or leaving a message here.
Tryout. The tryout process may span over several days, depending on the
player. Get in a room with either one of us (both would be nice) and start
playing. Side doesn't matter, since we'd need to see how you do working
as a team, and how you play if we go head to head.
Join. After you've been deemed worthy, you'll be asked to go to the clan
home page and request a join. We can't send an invite in game yet, but
once we can, we'll just invite you from in game.
