I would like to know if i would get banned or what are the ban odds if someone else spawns money for you, and has anyone got banned by getting money dropped for them?

No of course not, If you don't have any mods installed and someone drops you money there is no ban risk.

Or just wait for someone to drop money on you, but remember, if you don't want to be ban, there has to be no scripthook or similar stuff in your game main folder, as soon as you launch the game with a mod in the main folder, there is a ban risk if you go online.

Assuming you never mod yourself with scripthookv online you will never be banned for the action of others modding. This means anything done remotely that you can benefit from is okay. Just don't ever mod yourself before or after getting a service.
