The (PRIVATE) and (PUBLIC) tag in-front of the .dmbot file names are referring to what sort of room the bot joins when it starts the botting session. If you need to bot in a specific room, join it and start the bot afterwards.

Bot breakdown
Slay the Enemy Inside + Synderes Souvenirs Shop.dmbot, Synderes Souvenirs Shop.dmbot and To Be or Not to Be... Expendable + Synderes Souvenirs Shop.dmbot will all complete various quests provided by Synderite in the Forest of Good and Evil. Upon completion of each quest the player will be awarded with one Synderes' Souvenir, which can be used in the Synderes Shop (2).

1 minute - 1½ minutes
Slay the Enemy Inside + Synderes Souvenirs Shop.dmbot will proceed to slay the Enemy Inside which is located on screen 6. The Enemy Inside drops two temporary items, a Forest Denizen Slain and a Sock Monkey. Five Forest Denizen Slain are required to complete the quest Synderes Souvenir Shop and one Sock Monkey is required to complete Slay the Enemy Inside.

1 minute - 2 minutes
Synderes Souvenirs Shop.dmbot completes the quest Synderes Souvenir Shop by defeating the two Bright Imps and the Evil Imp which are located on screen 3. The three monsters all drop Forest Denizen Slain, which are required to complete the quest Synderes Souvenir Shop.

1 minute - 2½ minutes
To Be or Not to Be... Expendable + Synderes Souvenirs Shop.dmbot will defeat the two Evil Elementals and the Expendable Rogue on which all are located on screen 4. The Expendable Rogue drops the Sock Monkey Location, which is used in the quest To Be or Not to Be... Expendable, while the two Evil Elementals drop Forest Denizen Slain, which will complete the quest Synderes Souvenir Shop.
