Menus not opening?

Anyone else got this problem?, worked fine in 1.27.

Reinstalled steam (i kept the gta folder cause 60 gb u know), and verified the gta files.

Also added the new scripthook for 1.28 from mphg.

Ive tried equality menu, washed out, enhanced trainer, kr0wns 1.5.

Nothing seems to work, i got asi loader in there too.

You don't need the asi loader you have to have the latest dinput8 file.
