    Don't think so. Can spawn them or whatever using menus but they usually don't save anymore.

    Edit: Weapons only pretty much.

    The only way to get it now is to turn on the tunable, but I don't think any tunable editors work anymore so maybe am menu will come out with it soon. Shit out of luck at the moment though
