MPGH Sanicball Competition

Hello, and welcome to the 3rd Publicist hosted event! Now, I realize this game may not be well known, but it is completely free, non-resource intensive, and all around fun! This game is a fairly standard racing game, with the goal obviously being to finish the race in the highest position possible. Located on each map are multiple rings that help guide you through the map, with the next active ring glowing a very noticeable color change compared to the unlit rings. There are no teams, it is every person for themselves.

It is recommended that you get familiar with how to play before the tournament starts because we will not stop/delay for confusion.

This competition will be an FFA (free-for-all) style race, with each round consisting of 3 laps. We will play each map once, only playing an extra map in case of ties/issues.

The winner(s) will be based off a system of points.

First, second, and third place on the maps "Green Hill Zone", "Flame Core", and "Dusty Desert" will award 3, 2, or 1 point(s) respectively.

First, second, and third place on the map "Ice Mountain" will award 4, 3, or 2 points respectively.

First, second, and third place on the map "Rainbow Road" will award 5, 4, or 3 points respectively.

These point systems are purely based on map difficulty, with the top 3 maps being the easiest and Rainbow Road the hardest. The players with the top 3 point scores will be named the winners, in the case of a minor tie (1st and 2nd, or 2nd and 3rd tied), the tied players will play a 2 lap race on a map of the Publicist Group's choice to decide who wins. In the case of a major tie (all 3 places are tied, or worse), the tied players will play a 6 lap race on a map chosen by the entire lobby's vote.

In the case of a no show, that user will simply be dropped from the roster. There will be no substitutions for open spots if a player is unavailable.

Prizes will consist of the following:

• First Place: CS:GO 1st Prize + Other Stuff
• Second Place: CS:GO 2nd Prize + Other Stuff
• Third Place: CS:GO 3rd Prize + Other Stuff

Prizes can be downgraded if the user above wishes (Example: if second place dislikes their prize they make take third instead, and so third would then instead take second place).





The most obvious is no cheating/hacking in any way. This includes abusing the force Super Sonic bug.

No excessive flame/swearing. Mild is fine, but any more than that will get you kicked out.

If you are unable to make it for any reason, you are required to notify a member of the Publicist team or you might not be allowed to participate in future competitions.

MPGH Rules still apply, so make sure you are knowledgeable about what that includes.
