Level revolver?

Hello guys!
I was wondering, is there a way I can level down my character? I tried to level up my second character but it accidentaly leveled up my main character, eventhough i was playing with the second - I tried to level down from 250 to 200 but its apparently not possible.
Is there a way I can do this?

Downgrade to 1.24, use the GTA FORCE v2.5.1.
