    Not a tag, it's an image title people use. No official meaning, as such, as far as I am concerned anyone can have it. Might be some group though

    Again it's not 'earned' I assume that if you join the group, they allow you to request it, and then I will add it. However that's just something I do to accommodate groups like that and anti-scam, nigh owls, etc. Technically though anyone can use whatever image title they want, so long as it meets the policies in the main sticky.
