They're all rare, there is no possible way to get them again, sorry.

Some shops are "rare" but can still be accessed (not many)

But I think those items are removed from the game,unobtainable now :3

Yeah that's what I was wondering, it really sucks that they're unobtainable even through trainers.

Just out of curiosity, I believed there was like a bug with the bloodletters quest back like 1-2 years ago which made it possible to obtain them again using a quest loader?

Even though some items are considered rare from quest,they can still be obtainable like the tacomancer lol,probably depends the popularity of the items which is why the nulgath items which are rare have been removed :3

No. They are completely removed from the game. Meaning, the IDs are spoofed.
