    My Mood

    ASUS, MSI, or Gigabyte?

    Here is my build :
Why is the partpicker site is censored? Anyways..
    Intel Core i5-4690K Devil's Canyon Quad-Core 3.5GHz LGA 1150
Asus Z97-A Socket 1150 Motherboard -> NOT SURE
    Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
    Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 G1 Gaming 4GB GDDR5
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo = 275 LE
Corsair Graphite Series 230T ATX Mid Tower Case (Black) -> NOT SURE
WD 1TB 3.5 inch Internal Hard Drive - Caviar Blue
Seasonic M12II 620W EVO Edition 80 PLUS Bronze Full Modular PSU

Not sure about which motherboard I should choose.. Help me please guys.

    What I am confused about:
    MSI Z97 Gaming 5
    ASUS Z97-A
Gigabyte Z97-X Gaming 5 (or smth like that)

They all about the same price, but I wanna know quality and performance on each other.. I'm really confused! Some people say ASUS some other say Gigabyte some other say MSI! Also is there anything you recommend me in the build?

I'm going to overclock and buy Crosair H110i but not now.. I wanna save money as much as possible

The Mobo doesn't really matter, it's up to you, color preference usually :P

There really isn't much to say. All those companies are very reputable and make great motherboards and seldom need RMAs for their products. If looks or features matter to you then that'll be the deciding factor.

If you have the money, swap out the GTX 960 for a 970.. It is a huge difference, trust me. 960 will probably be able to run games at a medium, along with that CPU but the 970 will most definitely perform on a high and ultra high standard.
Other than that, i would go towards the gigabyte mobo. Gigabyte mobos generally have more NEEDED features, one being the dual bios feature which allows you to recover your bios if your "default" one is corrupted. All opinions though. choose whatever you feel will suite you.

970 is way more expensive than 960,in my opinion better choice is R9 290,similar price with 960,cheaper than 970 but brings great preformance.
