[Release] M16A3 to MP7 v1

The ROF,reload and recoil changes. Power is server sided so it does not. For people that do not believe it. Try editting the rez files labeled GUN_M as they control those three factors. A good example is when Sleepercell (the gun that made lightsaber) changed the files so that the m16 could empty 120 in 4 seconds and reload instantly.

yes, but this guy only changed the Guns texture (not the 3d model), the sounds of the gun, and the name and stuff on the hud.

the models change the RoF, not the textures and all that other stuff.

this is exactly what i was looking for
even tho the skin isnt finished ( which doesn't affect preformance at all)
having a sweet mod like this on your default gun is gonna rock.

how about trying the L85? as a default weapon mod

all posts i have seen are 99.99999999% just skin mods.
attribute changes are what will help screw the visual lol

Anyways, alix - I'm pretty sure its not, but I don't think it's changed in ANY mod anyways(because it may be server sided or something.) RoF is changed though.

corndog is right... this doesnt change RoF bcuz u need a model change not a texture... thats y it looks like a m16 still
