That looks like you need to update your DirectX install, google directx and update DirectX 9. Trust me, this fix's most issues.

The knife glitch is limited to animation models timeing in the game. You are supposed to use the knife glitch with Tac knife on only two weapons. MY computer is high end, so the timing on my computer is faster than on those with lower end PC's and such being the case, I can not make a perfect knife glitch for everyone. Sorry. If you don't want to use the knife glitch turn it off in the config file.
