Nice build, could definitely benefit from an SSD for boot drive. And maybe a better CPU cooler to get some nice OC, I'd recommend a H100i.

Yeah I'd say the same thing, hdd's are getting phased out really fast. I use space sniffer every month or so and 200gb works fine, especially if I use an external drive as archiver.
    Psu is a little weak
    Wireless adapter looks sketch
Going to be easy to upgrade, next year for your birthday or christmas or something you can get sli
Remember to thanks/rep if I helped you

"could definitely benefit from an SSD for boot drive" i'm relatively new to PC parts but I know what a SSD is could elaborate as having one for a boot drive?

I could get it right now too, what power supply do you recommend and the wireless adapter had good reviews but what do you think I should replace it for?

That's good too but same as the first one the power supply is a bit weak. 10/10 if it's for 1080p gaming, 970 is the best card going for that, good price to performance too.

As in use a HDD for all your storage, games etc and just get a fairly small SSD to put your OS, things that run at start-up and anything you use regularly and would like to load faster. And yeah that cooler is good, it's what I use and my temps are never anything above 50.

Oh and if it's within your budget perhaps get a DDR4 supported motherboard and some DDR4 memory, it's just all around better.

The Intel SSDs tend to be the best option.

I thought your budget was 1500, you should be able to get a nice SSD with the remainder of your budget.
