    - Drink caffeine: Try to make it cold, rather than hot, and less sugar as sugar will wake you for a bit, but you crash pretty easy.
    - Don't junk out on chips, chocolate, etc. If you're hungry eat something like light-sugar cereal, or some fruit.
    - Play games that are slow paced, but keep you in-tune, require focus. (Adventure Capitalist, Kingdom Rush, etc.)
    - Play games that frighten you, if you're not a major horror player this can help, these games require focus. (Spooky's House of Jumpscares, Amnesia, etc.)
    - Don't watch movies, it's easy to fall asleep to something, even if you're generally interested in it, if you're not engaging any interaction.
    - Don't lay down, you'll fall asleep faster than you think.
    - If it's not too late, and you live a semi-decent neighborhood/town just go for a bike ride, feeling the wind on your face can help and is relaxing but also refreshing.
    - If you do go for a bike ride, then go by a corner store and pickup some light-sugar caffeine, but stay away from junk like said before.
    - If you feel like you just have to give in, set your alarm for twenty-forty minutes and have a power nap.

    Drinking caffeine will make you stay awake for a certain period of time.
    After that period, you will want to fall asleep again, but be even more tired.
    If you want to stay up, there are several ways to deal with this.
    Unhealthy ways:
    - Find food that contains lots of sugar, so it keeps you awake
    - Caffeine for your body, i.e Coffee, Coca Cola, Pepsi, Red bull, etc (Refrain from using energy drinks)
    Energy drinks do not actually provide you with energy, as it does not have sugar for you
    No sugar = no energy = no glycolysis
    - Drink some alcoholic drinks (this only works for some people to keep them awake)
    Healthier Ways:
    - When you get tired, take a power nap, and relax for a short period of time. You will retain lots of energy if your little nap is successful
    - When you get tired, try doing some light exercises to get your blood pumping, and heart beating faster. This will make you stay awake for a short period of time, but will make you even more tired after
    Other Ways:
    - Play some games to occupy your time
    - Watch some movies to occupy your time (preferred to be horror movies)
    - Find something/someone annoying. Perhaps an annoying tune will get stuck in your head the whole time and you just won't be able to fall asleep.


    There are so many ways that can counter your sleep, but the best way is to take it one step at a time.
    Maybe try to push yourself to sleep one hour later each day.
