Smoking pot in this case is good when OP is going to bed, will feel relaxed and will sleep a bit easier.
Next day he will fell well-rested, and if the healthier foods and sleeping more time and within a schedule don't fix the problem, pick you car and drive to the hospital, a doctor should check it up.
