so basically i posted a thread here a few days ago with regards to amazon not being able to deliver my product. so i messaged amazon and they were able to get a replacement sent out, i realised i will be away when it arrives so i just asked for a refund, the refund was finally processed however replacement was not cancelled, i received it today a day before it was expected.
Now i got both the refund ( money actually back in my account) and also the product,
would amazon charge me for keeping the product?
Also the email which the rep said that the replacement could not be cancelled, but contact them when its dispatched and then they will give me a refund. at the end it did say if you do not wish to keep the item just refuse delivery. I'm so confused lol,
