Hey everyone, I have been having alot of problems and it seems that nothing is going my way at the moment, I try my best to care for myself and the people around me but I guess something always f*cks up. Anyways I have tried things recommended by friends for stress relief and so far the best is to just take your mind off it (I just browse MPGH ). But I wanted to know if anyone had any good ideas for stress relief.
Start working out. The BEST stress relief there is. And deal with the fact that things might not go as you wish but it's all a matter of perspective, every cloud has a silver lining, you just gotta find it
