    Sure, it was luck to get the game back which others with similar problems did not, but its cancerous to push support to another day, you help them as long as the issue is resolved, no breaks intended. But them asking a proof of the game existence and telling me how many accounts I own is retarded...

    People who prove such information are stupid, they even asked the original email which the account was registered with (and I know they have it up in their registry)

    Like stated above ...steam support is bunch of autists which dont even read what you type to them. In 90% of cases they even go against the law, are insulting you ( even if its their fault etc).
    I had to deal with them like 4 times ( worst 4 scenarios of my life) + dealing now against their statement which is against my country laws ( they just ignore me tho ).
    God bless Blizz support ... steam just dont care ( atleast more ppl and countries are starting to sue them).

    I hope your issue is solved without issues and you wont have any future ones.

    yeah... but guys u have to understand that they are not like xxxxxxx in their staff for support... and they get like a lot of customers on support... so its not easy to do the "case per case" cause ofc they get a lot of retarded kid opening tickets for shit, and a lot trying to scam them like "i never cheated but i got VAC banned" bla bla bla...

    but yeah for sure when u get a problem its hard to get help from them...

    That doesn't give them a reason to ignore the damn question and give a simple answer "Yes, as we indicate that you indeed owned the game and here is the link to recover it" not tell me or something else how many accounts they had.
