    Taking creatine whilst sitting on your ass won't do anything for you. It'll have negative effects if anything

    Heres all the shit I use lol. You should buy C4. Take it 10minutes before workout because it's explosive and u burn alot of calories. I workout for 4 days a week- Monday-wednesday / Thursday and saturday + I follow a strict diet.
