    Amazon PSU crap

    So they said the would forward this to an investigation team but then I said ok, then realized what i just fucking said and said well i dont think this needs to go to the investigation team and they said ok we will send you a replacement is that ok? and i said id rather get a refund but they said thats not possible since the item was just recently delivered so they told me that you could send the replacement back for a refund. so am i still good? am i fucked? what happened?

    Nice. An Amazon 'investigation' is basically them calling up the carrier, asking if it was delivered.

    Legit that's basically, in a nutshell, what Amazon does when they investigate. For some reason this takes 24-48 hours to have a 2 minute chat with the carrier. People still end up getting the refund, so it's just a big waste of time lol.

    Clearly you dont know how to not sign for a package. Every item that I ever refunded all required a "Signature" but I never signed anything and UPS or FedEX just leaves the package at my door anyway.
