I'm trying to fix my sleeping schedule and was wondering what you guys do.
I usually stay up for a full 24 hours and then knock out at 8 pm to fix it. But this time when i tried it, i fell asleep during the day yesterday at 12pm and woke up at 4pm. It is now 3 am and i tried sleeping since 12 am but now here i am on mpgh because i could not fall asleep.
So i went a full 24 hours without sleeping, took a 4 hour "nap" and i still cannot fall asleep. Im about to go another full 24 hours.
What the fuck is wrong with me seriously?
