    ISPs will slow your internet speed when using competitor's products and enhancing the speed when using partner products.

    If we were in the EU and the bill got passed. Our ISP's would be allowed to throttle data and have much lower caps and higher charges. Netflix would be throttled and you would have to pau extra to use it
