    I personally don't think its worth, mainly because people think that they could build decent muscles in a month, by doing this and then stop. Wrong, it's not good for your health. If you're doing something like this, then you should do it regularly. Second thing that people often do forget is that count doesnt matter.     Quick little boring story from my life. So im athlete and ive been training professionally 8 years now. Then i learned how to run properly, so that i dont damage my back and other parts and since then I almost allways learn how to do it properly before, because there is no point of doing something wrong, especially in gym's.
    Oh and another recommendation, warm up before doing something!

    Been doing this for 2 days and my body hurts everywhere... especially upper body and my abs... I do 10 push ups at the time, and even then it'll hurt a bit... Pull ups (or doing abs) then I do 10 too, gotta upgrade it to 15 and slowly go from this.

    just saying, @Nobody youre not gonna get that fit from this. pushups and situps and exercises like that prioritize toning rather than bulking. i did this around march this year and it didnt really do anything nor did i feel anything. you can do it, but weightlifting and other things will get you farther in terms of getting big.

    I will eventually get to the weightlifting and all that jazz.. Just need bit time (I lift enough weights during my 5-6 hour time period when I'm working), I lift massive amounts of a beer bottle cases, water bottle plastic rappers (4, 6 packs) and so on so forth...

    I read all three pages after the reply. The gains in the video were surprising though it made sense considering how skinny he looked before.

    That sucks. I've always been in the struggle of defining my muscle. I have a lot of muscle mass due to weightlifting, but I've also always been on the chubby side because of my diet.
