So its that time of the year. Santa chubs has become too fat and cannot do cocaine anymore so hes dieting again.
Im currently 205 pounds 6'4. I need to start my routine for Lacrosse and basketball for next year. Heres my current plan
Max caloric intake a day: 2460
Eat less but more super foods aka almonds, fruit, etc (eat tons of pb and egg whites)
Im still recovering from tumor-removal surgery that i had on my left ankle a couple months ago i had a gay ass malign tumor which was removed twas gross.
So that rules sports/running out for another 3 months
What should i do extra? any tips?
Btw my end goal is back to 180-170 pounds
