Zero punctuation can not be taken as a literal review of the game. He is correct in everything he says, (usually) but usually makes a negative review for a game regardless.
And the game relied on a 'jump out and scare you' tactic, which did get old pretty fast, but people still overlook the story, and some of the game elements. Like having to shoot limbs off rather than spray ammunition down a hallway and hope for the best.
Yeah i watch escapist too, he really doesn't like a lot of games though, so his reviews are more for watching, and not for use.
-For instance, the majority of games he reviews, are quite fun, but he just hates them.
Amnesia is ok, honestly not that fun though. Its like a horror oblivion game with no weapons, so w/e because its just pointless if you can't fight back at all.
Deadspace does get easier, and to be honest you can see the dead guys reviving pretty easily later on.
BUT thats the thing about deadspace is that you never get help, and you never will. Its fun, but scary.
Games like AMnesia are pretty boring in the end, because of the lack of action.
