    Can I overclock this?

I recently got a new computer. It's an old Dell Optiplex 745 mini tower.
    The CPU in it is a Newegg.com - Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe 1.86GHz 2M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor BX80557E6300 With Dells regular heatsink.
Is there a way I can over clock this and if I can, how?

    You should be able to.
Go into your bios and look around for CPU Clock Frequency and stuff like that.
I know in some motherboards that they have a config called "Jump Free" that allows easy overclocking.
Just be careful with bios overclocking, as if you do it wrong, your PC wont boot and will need to take out the CMOS battery for a bios reset.
